I found some great photos on the web taken by Tanya Coleman, in Marlo.  I emailed Tanya who took the photos and asked her if I could paint them.  She was happy for me to do this.  As it turned out the dog starring in the photoes used to belong to a friend of mine, he had given Maggie to the photograhper about 5 years ago.  Small world isnt it.

When I went to the pub to take these photos one Friday night there were just too many beautiful men to fit into one painting.  So I did two.  This is inside the bar at the Bruthen Inn, our fantastic country pub.  With the Beauties is Mario, Bob, Jamie and John.  Behind the bar is Stretch, our great new owner of the pub.  And taking front position, a very proud Storm,  who looks very happy to be with the Beauties tonight.  Note too that is the Bruthen footy team featuring on the TV, I beleive number 12 is Mario's son Justin.

Finished at last.  This is a regular Friday night scene at the Bruthen Inn Hotel.  Two of the Bruthen Beauties have a beer with Eric, Hans, Peter, Rob and Mick.  The cheeky looking dog is Kiley, the handsome one Buff.
